ya that is your nvid card I kept getting BSOD with my win7 OS I thought that it was my MB but today I rebooted and I got another BSOD so I booted into safemode with networking and googled it it ended up being a lousy nvid driver and for some reason I cannout download the newest driver so I rolled back the driver and it appears to have curred my problem

yes any cpu in the past 3 years has 64 bit support most of em at least
