Default E6750 unstable core voltage

Hi

I was checking my CPU core voltage with cpuz and noticed the voltage on my CPU being unstable it varies from 1.104 to 1.296
I didn't notice a patter or a trigger for this

My PSU is a brand new corsair TX 750 and my mother board is a GA-P965-DS3 rev 3
the problem is not the PSU because I tried 2
I am not sure if this is the feature in where it lowers the CPU clock to lower power usage

note : no over clocking was ever made

Yep, C1E and Speedstep are kicking in. When your CPU throttles down, your voltage goes down accordingly.
