In this case, I'd skip the Sparkle and the Seasonic just based on the price considering you can get the Corsair 400CX (which I think is actually the same Seasonic you linked) at Direct Canada or you can go with the timeless recommendation of this OCZ StealthXStream 500W Power Supply - Active PFC, 120mm Fan (OCZ500SXS)

I was considering that corsair but it lost out because of the mir. The antec comes with a 3yr warranty and has 2 sata connectors while the sparkle has 1 yr warranty and only 1 sata connector. My gf pc only has an ide dvd-rom and she plans on getting a sata dvd writer soon. I checked the specs so I'll stick with the antec. Her current psu is a 5or 6 year old antec 300w. If I didn't think antec was any good, I wouldn't have put one in my machine. Call me a fanboi, lol.

Molex to sata work perfectly fine.
