My System Specs

Default

My dad has that same RAM then.

You can run it at 800MHz (setting may be 400 in BIOS), with timings of 4-4-4-15-2T. That alone would probably give you a little boost compared to how its running now.

A cheap heat sink would be the Arctic Freezer 7 Pro. About $30 I believe. My dad also has that and it keeps his E6420 @ 2.66GHz (1333FSB) running just fine. I believe it was about 55C under full load for 10 hours.
