Default ASUS P5N72-T Premium Safe to buy?

Hi it's me again and I just need one last piece of information. Is the ASUS P5N72-T Premium safe to buy, because I have been reading reviews. Which say, that the 780i chipsets had/have a video corruption bug when used with nvidia cards. Is this still the case or are they stable now (referring to the board it's self)?
