Default A Nice OCing Mobo for a Phenom II 955

Ambiant Room temp: 19C - 21C
Case: Antec 1200
CPU: AMD Phenom II 955
CPU Cooler: Looking
Mobo: Looking
GPU: Sapphire 4870x2
GPU Cooler: Arctic Accerlero XTREME
PSU: PC Power and Cooling Silencer 750w Quad SLI/Fire
RAM: Looking

Im looking for a nice motherboard to accompany a future Phenom II 955 BE. I want to overclock this thing a decent amount (3.8+) on air. So I'm looking for some mobos.

Right now, Im looking at the based on other posts MSI 790FX-GD70 based on other posts. Is this a good OCing board? It says something about 140w, and people are always talking about 180w, I have NO IDEA what this is, fill me in please

Also, whats the best air-cooler to put on it? Im really open to anything here. So please, help me out, and get me some good products.

I might crossfire down the road, but not sure. One 4870x2 works good for now

OH! Im also looking for some DDR3 Ram, most likely 1600MHz or something, only 6GB, with a cooler - for kicks.

Recap
1) Whats a good Mobo for the Phenom II 955
2) Whats a good cooler (air) for the 955
3) Whats a good 6GB kit (with cooler, if applicible, if neccisary) for the 955

Default Overclocking board

well if u want to overclock the 955 well i would actually suggest the DFI DK 790FXB-M3H5 AM3 mobo. It, along with most other DFI boards, is a great oc'er

as for a cpu cooler, i kinda like the astek LCLC cooler, but there are some better air coolers as well. it all depends on how much u want to spend

and lastly, for ram, i would highly recommend the OCZ GOLD or OCZ PLATINUM DDR3 1600 kits, they have good timings and they are relatively inexpensive. great value. for a ram cooler, u can use OCZ's XTC cooler for any ram

hope this helps

Best air cooler is without a doubt the TRUE...

But if you want a better OC, I suggest going for water cooling or getting a freezone elite (or even a boreas if you've got the coin)

My System Specs

Default

I've got the MSI board and the OCZ 1600 plat sticks downstairs in boxes, but unfortunately I doubt I'll be able to get to them until next week or possibly next weekend in order to give you my impression(s) of the board.

I can say that it looks pretty damn good, but looks won't mean a damn thing if it doesn't OC well. :)

Wish I could offer you some advice on it right now, but if you're not buying for a couple of weeks I should be able to put up some numbers for you by then.
