ASUS P5Q-E or P5Q Pro, or Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3R/UD3P would be my choices.

Thanks JD, I didn't consider that part of it.

+1 :)

I understand the drive to upgrade, but I honestly think you'd be disapointed unless you upgraded more than just the motherboard. The MSI board you've got paired with your CPU is doing pretty damn good, and I doubt that a different motherboard would get you noticably better results.

OTOH, if the main driving force for wanting a new motherboard is the WC aspect, there are a few boards out there that come pre-configured for watercooling the chipset. (The Black Ops board being one of them).

Though typically those blocks are shit and I believe most are aluminum. Better off buying a solid copper block for your board from EK or whoever.

Hey guys Thanks for the input and great replys , the only problem i really have with this MSI board is where the main wiring harnes plugs into !
its almost impossiable to make it look good at all .
So thats what i am really looking for and just better looks in general and perhaps to kewl the NB and such , Can't really wc this Msi board unless you want to rip out the heat pipes and such

Then you have many choices, though I'm not the best one positioned to answer, since I never used board blocks. I have no idea what is available.

Though any board from Asus and Gigabyte would fit the bill, if blocks are available. Same goes for the eVga and XFX boards.
