If you're not overclocking and you're not going Crossfire, then the differences won't matter.

One has 8+2 Phase Power (better for OC)
One Has 4+1 Phase Power

One Supports DDR2 up to 1333
One Supports DDR2 Up to 1200

For you it won't matter, which is why I said take the cheaper one of the two to save on money.

Soul, hi again. I'm distrubing you once more. But motherboards not in stock in there so I' waiting. I don't find any review about MA790X-UD3P or MA790X-UD4. So I'm really confused. Why don't someone test these motherboards? I really need users post about these motherboards, could you please help me? And if you want you can suggest me other brands' motherboard.

Sorry, been on Vacation and not really checking in much.

I'd personally wait till they get stock again.
As for either of those boards, perhaps no one has done a review, but I can say from Personal Experience they are fine.
Since being introduced to Gigabyte, I've yet to have one issues with them.
