You just need to have the account, not nessecarily USE it...I've had a twitter account since April OF LAST YEAR, long before it became popular like it is now.

That thing would be a nice step-up from my board.
No way I could afford one right now, so a chance to win one is COOL!
It really is no big effort to sign up, and as was already said, you don't even have to use Twitter after this if you don't want to.

Ya ive had a twitter account for quite a while, probably some time in august of last year, really not sure. First time i heard about it was on twitlive when Leo Laporte was kind of mad that they used the name twitter and kept talking about it. Thats likely the reason they got so popular.
