one will have a 6000+
the other will have a 9950

If you are asking which processor to put in which motherboard, I would suggest the M3N-HT and the Phenom 9950 as the 8+2 phase power design will greatly help the overclocking of the quad compared to the 4+1 of the M3A78 Pro, which will handle a dual core nicely.

If you just want to know which board is better, the M3N-HT would be my choice.
