My System Specs

Default Someone tell me what the P57 Intel chipset is?

I know that P55 is coming out in late Q3 (most likely), but WTH is P57? I've been reading some websites about Intel revisioning the P55 chipset with some of the features of the P57 chip. What's going on?

Higher end P55 kinda like the X48s? or maybe a mATX version or something. I heard from a couple of people that the P55 boards arent supose to come with PCI-E 16s anymore as the video encoding is supose to be done by the i5 CPUs, though I havent looked into it at all and wrote that off as a bad dream.... but if thats true maybe the P57s allow for PCI-E 16? time to go google around and see whats real and whats fiction...
