I've been happy with my P5Q Pro. The ability to save OC profiles to a memory stick is a strong selling point.

I am an Asus kinda guy, but they all look like good choices. My MB is rocking a very solid and stable 3.6 GHz. I have not tried to push it past that as I am happy with the stability but I know that I have the option of saving the profile and dinking around to see what it can do, Asus makes that very easy!
