i wouldn't discount the D0 just yet. like others have said, it will be luck of the draw as some batch's don't seem to be as good as good C0/c1's...but...these 3845Bxxx's are pretty much all very solid. single 32M on air with normal ambients has already cracked 4.7GHz...on AIR -
link - batch 3845B109 BTW. i just grabbed a 3845B026 from across the street...second boot and it has already made both of the 965's i've had look like horse meat...
4GHz - 1.184v (under load) - 763MHz 8-8-8 - 3627MHz uncore
of course it is just a few minutes of prime and the best c0/c1 batches can do this or close, but it is definitely far superior to the other chips i have tested. most important to me, however, is the uncore and memory clocking ability (aka IMC strength) so there is plenty of testing ahead, but i am quite optimistic at this point. hot as hell too which is always a good sign for sub zero cooling...it means it can handle high current :D
