Guys whats better out of these 2 (I see the one has 3 PCI-E and the other 2 but overall which is better with only a SLI 2 x 8800 GT's)

I would say you were nuts for considering paying so much money for yesterday's high end gear. If you're not necessarily set on these two boards and you're willing to hear from teh peanut gallery, maybe let us know what equipment you're starting with and we can make recommendations for the best upgarde for your budget.

Maximus II Formula is Crossfire ONLY. No SLI support.

So you're only choice is that Striker. Though there are other, cheaper SLI boards out there like the EVGA 750i FTW.
