My System Specs

Default Asus P5Q-E MB wake up fan settings problem resolved
BIOS 17xx update fixes the problem, when fans attached to headers on MB would only rotate at less than half speed after system woke up from S3.
BIOS 19xx is out this month, FYI.

I am still at loss if Asus fixed the issue with 45nm chips only working when Performance Mode is set.
