Default Evga X58 - BIOS Version Shipped
Anyone here whom has just recently purchased and received a new Evga X58 1366 Board, I'm curious to know what BIOS version they received, as in version SZ1A (or newer) that fully supports DDR3 1600 Mhz Memory.

......Its Official, Van Canucks are in a "Re-Building Stage"..forget about Peripherals, they need a new Platform, as in Mobo, CPU n RAM

I put in my DDR3-1600 and it worked fine out of the box, albeit at 1066. I updated it to SZ1C afterwards, and now I've gone to SZ1A for stability/overclocking reasons. As a side note, I don't like this motherboard. I can't seem to overclock at all without some sort of stability problem.

I'm just wondering if the Boards are now shipping with SZA1......still waiting for my Board as Backordered.

I take it you've surfed the Evga X58 Site for solutions? That seems to reflect both positive n negative results for OC'ing.....I'm really hoping to get it to around 3.4 - 3.6 Ghz, but we'll see.

I flashed my to SZ1C and it's running along nice and stable at 3.9GHz with HT on.
