I have this motherboard and it is awesome... unfortunately i have one of the new e4300's so my max FSB is like 315. I am getting a Q6600 next month to replace the e4300.

Also I only paid 170$ for my GA-P35-DQ6 :D

Just finished 25 hours of testing with Orthos @ 3.08ghz. Rock-stable, using a E6320.

Mem @ 440mhz - last time I buy that OCZ Gold PC6400. Won't go any higher.

How are your temps in the BIOS? It's giving me 14C idle. TAT is giving me 30C idle, 37C load. Go figure. BIOS version is F2.

I believe I am running the F4 bios, never really checked my temps in my bios.

F2 is the latest for the GA-P35C-DS3R. F4 is the latest for your mobo.

Not the same board. GIGABYTE - Support - Motherboard - BIOS

That's the BIOS for the P35C.
