And they recommend a $100 psu with that! If that was my board I think I would want something better than a Seasonic, lol

I've got a used EVGA Nforce E-7100/630I LGA775 mATX motherboard which would be this guys slightly bigger brother... I'd be more than happy to let it go for a quarter of that...... :)

prices have gone up to reflect the crappy dollar.

And that item isn't a NCIX sku its a supplier sku and they'll set it at an outrageous amount to deter people from searching.
