Default BFG Gtx 280 OC $428.70 after MIR at DC

Dropped almost another 100 bucks since last post a week ago and I think they were close to $700 3 weeks ago.

wow they really are dropping the crap outta these cards man i wish Amd cpus could make intel scared like nvidia is over their gpus... Crosses my fingers.

Yes Its good news for buyers. Unless you were one of the guys who bought 3 weeks ago... How'd you feel if you bought one at release and its worth 300 less 3 weeks later.

This is why I painfully waited an extra month to make sure I wasn't buying a GPU till the red camp released their weapon of choice.

Thats a better price but what a nightmare for anyone who ordered one of these card a few weeks ago I was pissed at just missing a $20mail in rebate by a day.

That price of $428 won't last long. It is a special promo to get them moving. I'd expect that to be back up over $500 once the dust clears. Still a great price if you have the $$$ and need a card now.

$444 w/ free shipping less $20 a few months laster = n7 pulls the trigger.

Should get the card sometime next week i imagine.


Haven't been this excited over an upgrade for a long time.
