ZERO faith in Gigabyte's choice of rebate company - "https://gigabyte.4myrebate.com". Rebates in general. Here's why.

Bought 4x Gigabyte X58A UD5 Rev 2.0 from NCIX early January.
- Separate invoices
- Properly submitted rebates well within prescribe time using 4 different addresses (family systems)
- According to rebate company's online system everything was received and processed
* However, up till now, only 1 rebate was ever received.
* E-mailed the rebate company several times with absolutely no response.
* No phone contact - at least nothing easily found.

Then I read a story about Canada Post employees busted for identifying and stealing mail containing cash and gift cards. See story here:

Unlike checks, these credit cards are like CASH.. its a huge risk betting / depending on "card" rebates.

I unfortunately have to let you know, most if not all companies use credit cards not and not cheques.

The Mississauga door crashers are pretty darn insane, way better than the other grand openings.

I did.

I was telling myself on the way, Ill either buy a:

- 2 TB HD
- 27" Monitor
- 24" Monitor

Instead i came out with a XFX 6970 to play along my XFX 6950.

BTW, i took a pic of Linus when he was giving away prizes. I have to give credit where credit is due. The rest of the staff, especially Linus was very professional throughout the entire event. It was very organize, staffs were patient and knowleadgable...i was very impressed.
