My System Specs

Default Asus Ares, $979...

but comes w/ a free Rampage 3 Formula.

Newegg.ca - ASUS ARES/2DIS/4GD5 Radeon HD 5870 X2 4GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card

What is even more weird is that Newegg.ca is selling it for $120 less than Newegg.com.

I thought there was only a limited amount of these GPUs.

So who's going to bite the bullet?

I was considering it for about 10 minutes or so. If I could sell the motherboard for ~$250, it still leaves the card being $750, and w/ next gen ATI cards just around the corner, that really doesn't make much sense to buy.
