Default Retail Edge Holiday Deal 2010

For those of you not in the know, Retail Edge is the Intel training program that anyone who works in a big box store that sells computers can qualify for, even if you work at the Brick cleaning toilets.

The deals for December are pretty sweet:

Time to make friends with people who work in retail

As well, here's the requirements. Don't wait until last minute to do it, there a LOT of time consuming PC Mag quizzes. Or you could check [H] and maybe one of the posts there with answers hasn't been deleted yet.

Could anyone tell me the total charge for buying a 970? I don't have a CC so I have to buy a prepaid one.

Dec 03, 2010INTEL AMERICAS 4087658050 261.59 $261.59

Straight from my CC bill, with the exchange worked in. This will 'flex' a bit because of daily exchange rate change.

Duty was ~$28, no brokerage fee.

Ugh! When did they start charging sales tax to Washington shipping addresses, even though it is billed to a Canadian <.<

What shipping method did they use?

Thats good then. Our local UPS driver is the only guy who will come around to the basement apt to deliver a parcel.

Zero also never got charged UPS brokerage when he ordered his ATCS 840, but I did. Wonder if I get screwed again?

How long from order to at your door?
