My System Specs

Default Ultra X-Connect 500-Watt

Ultra / X-Connect / 500-Watt / ATX / Dual 80mm Fan / Titanium-Color / UV Clear Sides / Modular Power Supply

this is a real good deal for a 500 Watter.
Nothing extremely special but defiently worth it.

I had one of those once. It does the trick, but it only has a 20 pin motherboard header, not 24, like most new boards should be using. Plus, this Ultra is ok, but not as good as their newer units.

Yea, I have an X-connect as well. Not this version. Works like a dream for me so far.

That's a Generic Unit will all the flashy stuff, wouldn't buy. I would just buy it if I was a ricer . Still a good deal on a cheap psu...

If only Tiger still had HEC psu's , I paid 30$ for my 485 with dual 12v rails. They used to make antec too...It's a good brand, but no one knows of. they had a 585 unit too for 35$... Way better than those Ultra units.

found those HEC unit once on tigerdirect and it was the best bang for the buck. compare at those ultra stuff

have a 350W HEC powering a old socket A board for now 3-4 years and that bitach boot every time you press the power button ....

for a generic brand HEC psu are the tuffest ive seen
