I was going to, but I'm a bit turned off by the upgrade bit. Think I'll wait until I can get an OEM version.

That said.... my own personal desire to wait for a proper OEM disk should in no way be seen as a dig at MS.

I think it's great that they're offering folks a chance to upgrade to win7 for $70.

anyone know who it work? i already have vista home prenium so i buy this and every time i need to formate i instal vista and this one after?

Thats right. After you install Vista, you install this overtop of it, the reason why some people are put off by it.

Yes/No after you do it the first time make a image using ghost or another imaging program, then the next time you want to install you restore from the image.
