Default Heatshrink at DealExtreme
Not sure if this is a great deal or not, but I don't see this stuff around many online stores. Dealextreme.com got a bunch of heatshrink tubing for sale now. Might be good for the modders around here. Prices are from 1.79 to 6.84 for sizes ranging from 0.8mm to 45mm. Was thinking of picking up a 5 pack myself.

Now I may be wrong here as I don't seem to see it's specs anywere, but that stuff only seems to be 2:1 in terms of it's shrinkage. I have never used this stuff, but I've read a lot because I want to.
I don't think this stuff is garbage, but I think it'll be a bit harder to work with than the 3:1 stuff most people go for. But hell, it's under 10 bucks, what do you expect
(All this 2:1 talk is judging by pictures, I may be completely wrong.)
