Just popped my head in at my local london drugs, they dont offer these products online so i cant link them but they had the Microsoft Sidewinder X6 keyboard onsale for $69.99, not bad for big block stores. Great if you dont feel like having to ship a motherboard.

They also had Battlefield 2142 deluxe edition on for $14.99, cheapest ive seen it anywhere else was $19.99.

Now if they would start stocking Cold Cathodes again im in buisness...

Yeah sometimes london drugs suprises me with a random amazing deal though, staples too once in a while but not very often. Got a 4gb sony vault thumb drive, regular like $30 for $12.99 the other day at staples, lowest price ive seen for those things lately is $19. Futureshop is up and down, now that they dont carry MIRs anymore you can get some pretty sweet deals there once in a while, I bought a 9800GTX+ SC there last year when they were selling for $240 for $160 with no MIR, I was pretty happy with that =D

Its the other computer shops in town that really irk me, the markup they charge on parts is just pathedic, I was looking at a zotac GTX 260 non Sp216 at CMO, didnt have a price on it so I asked, $440! I was like WTF IS THERE 2 OF THEM IN THERE??? i7 920s are $480, P5Q ATXs are $200... its just a rip off, i wish we had somewhere I could go when I need little odds and ends that I dont want to have to order online, but Im not going to pay more then it would cost me to order the item in PLUS shipping.

There was an old animated movie I've been looking for forever called Iron Giant. One day I found it at LD for $11.99, that place is full of surprises.

They had gen 1 Logitech G5 mice on for $29 last year, I went to both stores here and bought 4 of em.

Every once in a while they get just plain weird sales on stuff you never knew you wanted/needed. its why I normally try and make a trip in there every payday. The thing I absolutely hate about them though is their CD/DVD media levy >.< Their cds seem cheap till you get them to the till.

Ive been here almost 20 years, off and on lately, I make trips north like once a year for a few months, was in FSJ for 2 years after school ect. Really dont know why I keep coming back here...

I left back in about 2001ish.
