If I had the money I'd get the 30" thats a wicked deal considering what is normally. Yeah I am in for a pretty big return this year, but with no job right now and piling debt I have consider my priorities first and its not like its going anywhere I can always pick one up later on down the road.

Seriously though this monitor has nothing more than a DVI connection?

right but it's a dual link dvi display with hdcp support and a 4 megapixel res :D which is higher than 1080p

Yup, just a single dual-link DVI input, with the option for a couple USB hookups, but that's it. Only controls are for brightness, nothing else. Definitely a no-frills sort of setup, although most tweaks can be done via the video card control panel. And I upgraded to this from a good 1080P LCD, and there's a definite improvement in IQ.

i just wish they made an afforadable 8 mp monitor so it can match my digicams default res :D
