I <3 this site oh so very much.
I spam buy their headphones ;D, cause i break $50 headphones in 2 month spans .. might as well order a bunch of $4 headphones which last around 1 month each for me, and have pretty good sound quality, so i end up saving.

LOTS of interesting stuff on there forsure!
Ordered alot of things there myself: phones, microsd's, headphones, etc.
EDIT:

Shipping maybe free but it takes minimum 2 weeks to get your package.
I had an iffy with canadapost in which it took 5 weeks, you bet i was pissed.

Yep, shipping is free anywhere in the world,

Specific things are cable ties, headphones, rare earth magnets, headphone splitters, GPU Ram sinks, lasers, lighters, shockurfriendstuff, bluetooth usb dongles.
Lots of stuff, kinda hard to find stuff since theres so much on the site, but its worth it for the price,

But yes, shipping usually takes 2 weeks

I love that site though ;D

I order from them all the time. I just got a couple of HSF for some older AGP video cards that the fans had died on (9600 PRo and XT). Great for cables (got my Wii component cables for $5!) and other weird cables (PSP to DVI cables, PSP to component). I also order alot of cell phone cases, adapters and such (Iphone cases, moto razr, etc..). They also have lots of LED flashlights (good and bad quality) and DIY electronic stuff. I also order computer parts form them (SATA cards, USB cards, cables, adapters, etc.). They are great with their customer support. Just go to RFD and you will see hundreds of reviews for the site.
