Yeah really a $600 dollar card going now for 50% less. I should upload my invoices for my 2 Akimbos and you'll see the tears that I shed after a couple of months. Unfortunately my 90 day step-up expired in June so I am SOL this time around in hopes of getting my next video card cheaper.

Update: Back to 629.99 suprise sale is over...:sad:

There is a reason those Cards are being "flogged" for cheap!!! Kind of reminds me of the old AMC Pacer Sure glad I never jumped on this when I was considering "step-up" from my Evga 8800GTX, but all the reviews I read were not very impressive for the $$$.

while i would agree at the 629 price tag however the 259/299 is pretty apetizing since i am going from a 3850
