Its come together nicely-who knows maybe you'll wind up being "persuaded" into doing this for nieces and nephews too

Lol, I'd do it for them if they had a PC. My kids have one each because of my need to build, my nieces and nephews have only one between 3 and it's an old dell banger.

I haven't finished this project yet because I've stalled a little while we try and sell my house, I'm hoping to have a proper bench in the new one to do stuff like this but I'll most likely tackle some more work on it this weekend. I'm getting a second hand 19" LCD for $100 this Monday to match with it. Since it's going to be an HD2600XT driving this lowend gaming rig, the native 1280x1024 res of a 4:3 19" will be at it's top end of capabilities so no 22" widescreen.

Very impressive! I wish I had skills like that, staring at the brushed steel look of the P180 all day gets pretty monotonous. Let's see some more!

Very nice, I like creative ideas. If you really want to make that pop, I recommend getting a spray can of clear coat and doing 3-4 coats. That will make it nice and shiny.

I've been thinking of doing the same type of thing, but I have no idea how to make a good template :( how do you do it?
