Default Replacing Built In USB ports

I got an old Cubitek mini cube but it seems the USB ports are dead. The mfg seem to be out of business as well so I don't know where or how to replace the build in USB ports. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the suggestion, I need a multi-meter in my tool box anyway. I really don't want to build my own front USB panel because the entire unit is sealed inside a plastic block. So I have to replace the audio ports and USB 2 ports at the same time.
