My System Specs

Default Free Space In Case Needs Filling

So, third on my todo list is find a use for the HDD bay in my case, I have a new external enclosure for all my hdd needs, and my boot drive is going to be relocated into a 5 1/4" bay or somesuch silly thing. This leaves my hdd bay empty, like, really empty, and fairly big and spacious. I am SURE I can do something awesome with this space, but I really just don't know WHAT would be fitting. The space to be filled is in the bottom RIGHT of the case, where dah harddrives usually go.

Ideas?

Somebody here has a pic with a 3 1/2" fan controller sitting in the HDD bay that looks pretty cool. :)

How about a stealth media card reader or floppy disk drive?

My fan controller faces backwards in one of my 5 1/4" bays, and the hdd holders are no longer in the area, its entirely free space that can be used for most anything. Been considering putting a PA 160.1 in there, not sure what for though....

HA, my buddies would absolutely love me if I rolled in with that, the dimensions look a little too big, the area is 12cm wide, roughly 25cm tall and roughly 20 cm deep.

And yeah, having EXTRA space is usually a good thing, unless you can't figure out what to stuff in.

Yes that was me, I put a 3.5" Vantec fan controller in there. Looks great, but makes it difficult to change fan speeds! (although I have my side panel off more than on...) I cant think of much else.... temp readouts? box to put screws? Stuffed Animals?
