Does it have to be one of those?

If not, the best cases that can be bought (IMO) <$100 are Phanteks Enthoo Pro or Fractal Design Arc Midi R2 (they aren't always <$100, but do go on sale at that price). Right now the arc midi is $120, but the enthoo pro is currently $99.99 and free shipping at amazon.ca

It must have buttons and ports on front (not top). Is this TT good? I saw that 300R has soft plates. Actually I have CM Centurion 590 and looking for new case with similar build quality.

What is your budget? What are you looking for in the cooling options? i.e. just Fans vs Radiators?

There is also the Corsair spec case http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/cors...se-cc9011051ww, but the Phanteks Bond mentioned is another good option but a little more money : Phanteks Enthoo Pro ATX Full Tower Case (PH-ES614P_BK) - PCPartPicker Canada

I'm looking for case with 6-7 fans to install and max dimensions:
- 480(H)
- 230(W)
- 520(D)
This must have ports on front, buttons can be on top. My budget: 88,7 USD (330 PLN).

Thermaltake Core V31 is a good fit here in both price and fan placement capabilities. Two on the bottom, two in the front, two on top and one in the back, all fully filtered except for the back which is traditionally an exhaust.
