Default Autocad image conversion ?

I'm still progressing with my project but have been pre-occupied with work and family.

What I'm having a difficult time with is converting a jpg image of ROG IMAGE to an autocad extension for the water cutting company to do. They use .dxf and .dwg.

I downloaded AutoCad 2013 and at a loss. Img2Cad is no longer free but didn't do a good job.

I've attached the image that I want cut out of the front of my Lian Li Aluminum case.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here you go (zipped to allow me to upload), I used Scan2CAD's free trial.

Easy to use software, worth checking out if you want to play around with it some.
