I didn't know you had a SLI config, Mini-ITX is definitely out the window.

I just came across that new Carbide case yesterday for the first time, it intrigues me too. Waiting for word to see if there's a review coming on it, although the editorial staff might be under NDA and can't tell me.

As for fan controllers, I figure that the aftermarket ones are better than the built-in ones. I don't use them myself, I just buy super-quiet fans and run them at full speed.

I'm quite interested in the Carbide Air 540 as well. I think it would be a better case for my needs, not that i don't love my 600t. I'm just waiting to see some reviews before i take the plunge :D

The carbide 540 is certainly a sweet case. Although it's not super tall I wouldn't call it small. It shouldn't be under any kind of NDA as people on OCN are already posting build logs using the case.

The Carbide 540 already has reviews out on at least 2 websites. It is significantly wider than a normal case and it is still on the large end of mid sized towers.

Gotta disagree on the Bitfinx survivor.. Solid build, easy to manage all the cables, 2 x 200mm near silent fans included and the handle was ok for carrying but not needed IMO.

It is quite wide but not bad on depth and height and I saw it on NCIX recently for $60 (not sure if it will still be)
