i had a Z9 Plus and almost used it, but was given the Tt Soprano in my sig for doing a community review on it. The one thing i liked about the Z9 tthough was the abundance of fans and the placement for the SSD on the back side of the motherboard area. If i didnt get a free Soprano i would be using the Z9 right now.

The Define R4 when on sale for $70 is a pretty good deal. Great build quality and although some criticize it for being a "mini-fridge" it's got a simple and minimalist look that most people who dislike flashy case designs can appreciate. The sound dampening foam is a nice added bonus as well.

Very hard to beat the Z9 Plus at the sub $45 price point - but if you plan on stretching your budget to ~$70 I would look at the Corsair offerings.

I would say the HAF912 or a super cheap Define R4,but the problem with the Define R4 is that the fans are really bad, very noisy on 7-12 volts...

the cooling of the HAF 912 is pretty epic...

I use a Z11 right now and have no regrets. The only cons I have are the front usb 3.0 ports have to be wired into your rear 3.0 ports and the HDD trays not tool less.

Aside from that, the case has great cooling I'm running a hyper 212 evo with no issues and the back pannel mount for SSD option is really nice.

Just remembered this case:
Bitfenix Survivor Black ATX Mid Tower Case 3X5.25 1X3.5 7X3.5INT No PS Front USB3.0 w/ Handle

used one to build my brothers rig.. Very solid, decent features and 2 x 200mm fans makes for decent and very quiet cooling.

About 6 months ago I was able to price match the CM Storm Enforcer for about $65 on NCIX. I don't remember who the competitor was.

Cooler Master Storm Enforcer Mid Tower ATX Case Black 4X5.25EXT 6X3.5INT Front Audio USB *No PS*

What was the 200R missing? I am curious as I was going to buy one or the other today.
