I'm a fan of the horizontal mobo tray, like the Prodigy.
But this thing is fairly bulky, can't see really using as a LAN box.

I have one, the drives give me some problem, only 2 x 3 1/2 and the HD on top get hot since no air flow, I remove the 2 1/2 SSD cage and replace it with a 3 1/2 cage with a fan, I will take photo tomorrow to show you. here the thing I use for the 3 1/2 , I mod it.

no water block on that vid ;) , didn't even know haf had a horizontal mb case, cool, nice job on the layout and wiring too.
