While this is by no means even close to a high end case, if you are doing a integrated graphics type budget build and would have to pay for shipping this could be the deal for you.

Its a Antec VSK-3000. Regular $49 at newegg, but there is a $25 off code to enter to make it $24 and free shipping. Like I said before I wouldn't have high hopes in the case, but its going to be hard to beat if your on a VERY tight budget for a basic build.
