Micro ATX Media PC

Hello,

I am thinking of building a custom media computer, and i was just wondering whether anyone had any information on micro atx cases?

I want the case to have volume controls on the front with USB ports.

Also if anyone could find a case and a motherboard to fit it.

It needs to have a gigabit network, a decent graphics card (1GB+), USB 3.0 and at least 4GB Ram.

Also would like at least an i5 or an i7 inside it.

Anyone got any ideas?

Volume control? Not going to happen without spending like $500

For good quality with volume controls try Silverstone but theya re expensive. For more modestly priced units look at nMedia or the Antec Fusion. They all have cases for both mATX and ATX motherboards. Which models is going to depend on the processor and the needed heat sink, and your graphics card choice. You may end up going with a tower style if you require long video cards or tall heatsinks for the cpu.

Why not buy a keyboard with media keys? SIlverstone makes really nice m-atx cases but they are fairly expensive what is your budget?

Or you could just through XBMC on it since it's going to be a media PC and control it through your wireless network by any mobile or tablet device connected to your wireless network. It's all free
