Case Questions

I am looking at getting the Corsair 600T Silver Edition to replace my HAF X which I making that my server case instead. I have a few questions first would be for my setup that I am transferring in the case would keeping the window be better or worse? If I am better off using the mesh side panel instead could I get 4 fans on it at once with the size of my cpu cooler and what fans would be the best for the cost? I would say noise isn't and issue to me so far what I have heard noise on YouTube videos was pretty quite for me.
