suggest me a case

looking to get a new case for a new build but it has to have the following criteria:

- 2x120mm or 2x140mm front mount fan
- 2x120mm or 2x140mm top mount fan
- at least 3x5.25" drive bays
- hdd bays like the PC-K9WX or the Arc Midi

the best candidates for the case im looking for were:

PC-K9WX - lacks the the top mounted fan
Arc Midi - lacks the 5.25" drive bay

any help would be appreciated.. thanks

Check out cases from Bitfenix and Fractil Design. they should have what you're looking for. Also, take a look at the Corsair cases too.

From what you stated, I'll suggest Corsair 400R. Does more than meeting your requirements.
  • Up to 6x140mm fans + 4x120mm fans
  • 2x USB3.0, 1x Firewire, Audio I/O
  • 4x 5.25" drive bays
  • More to love

(Fractal is p00p IMO:whistle:)

Just curious why you think fractal is poop? I've had fractal and corsair case and I will say fractal cases have amazing build quality, just like corsair. The only thing I think is fractal is missing is maybe a few features.

Just a personal opinion, I feel that fractal cases doesn't look that "nice". But I'm okay with antec though, hmmmm.....

I got Corsair 550d from ncix, price matched it to $121, pretty good price and case.

The Corsair Carbide 500R should also fit your needs. I have this case and I like it very much. I have actually managed to do a modification to actually get a push-pull configuration on this case for a Corsair H100 for excellent cpu cooling.

This case isn't overly big but it is well designed, has excellent cooling, nice options, and looks great. You should look into it also. The RMA process is and customer service from Corsair is great too:thumb:.
