I have both the 800D and the HAF 932. Both are easy to set up a triple rad in push-pull.

For 'budget', yes the 932 is the way to go if you don't mind the styling.

Corsair Carbide 400r/500r or maybe even one of NZXT/Coolermaster lower cost offerings, example NZXT Source 210 ELITE.

400R be a bit tight up top fore clearacese 500R looks good and has the space where you need it.

Well, there is always the NZXT Switch 810. :) So far, the reviews have all pretty much said it's the best case for Watercooling in it's price range, which can be had for anywhere between 135 and 169.99.
