The review of this needs to be changed. Bad info on mounting a 360/80 radiator in the top. You do NOT need to unscrew the chassis whatsoever to fit a radiator in there.

Ok upon further research, I have to agree with XNine, you can install a triple rad without taking anything off.. But there is a big payoff, since thick triple rads are common nowadays, some modding will be required in order for them to fit. Here's another quality review of this case and this guy pretty sums it all, go to the 40 min mark to see the clearance issue for thick triple rads NZXT Switch 810 Review & Watercooling Guide - YouTube

But I'll give it to NZXT, this is one beast of a case, they've put a lot of thought into this chassis. In fact the reviewer even recommends this over the HAF X for watercooling. The Phantom era lives on with a better chassis, kudos to NZXT

Would a thinner 420mm radiator perform better than a thicker 360mm radiator? If so, it would make sense to go with the 420mm and not mod the case.

You can actually get a 60mm rad plus 25mm fans, it'll be tight, but possible.

sorry to go off on a tangent but anyone concerned about the "cheap" pastic look of the cause should really check out the matte black/gun metal special edition version of the case. it looks very nice and professional comparable to the 800D, not cheap looking at all.

i returned the original case myself because i hated the gloss finish, but was deciding to re buy it because of the crapload of features, cooling performance, and price. so glad i caught the release of the matte black version, very satisfied.

FYI I have a 60mm rad up top with 25mm fans on each side of the rad fine.

Only thing is I double I could get in a full length top 5 1/4 drive but I put a fan controller up there anyways.
