Probably just sleeved them himself, that is how I do it and I know most others are the same, just need the supplies and time.

I could have sworn you could get them somewhere... besides, the sleeves looks like fabric, not heatshrink...

Well you can sleeve the actual cables or be lazy like myself and many others and just buy sleeved extensions like the ones BitFenix makes which you can buy from ncix.

EDIT: Just FYI, I took a look on NCIX, and they don't appear to have any more of the white ones...

i think that the Corsair 650D is better than the 600T. I was in your situation about 2 months ago and i didnt like the top fans. It makes difficult to install a radiator. What do you think?
