Always on , no side fans excellent air cooling case though so no need.

off, keep a very large desk fan blowing on my GPU all teh time :)

almost always on. It helps keeps the dust out of the case.

I always keep mine on unless something breaks. The big dust filter behind the mesh on the side really helps keep the case clean especially with a 200mm side fan moving lots of air.

I keep my side panel on. But its more off than on because I do some troubleshooting when my other 2rigs go haywire or my laptop HDD won't work. I have also been doing lots of upgrades more than I have done in the past 2years.

Always on. A well designed case already has great airflow with the side on not to mention the aesthetics.
