Are you looking to try and copy a motherboard like this -->

I've heard Krylon Fusion plastic spray paint has been used with success but I would let the board dry for a long time just to make sure if you decide to go ahead with it. Also Think it would kinda look weird with the caps and stuff painted white too you'll probably want to do those by hand after with another colour.

Edit: Also wrong section by accident?

Plasti-dip I assume you mean. It is pretty good stuff but it collects dust easily. Easy to remove though. Definitely not conductive.

I wonder, it is somewhat safe to clean them, or even submerge the things... Could you just use dye, and dye it?

I have never even heard of Motherboard paint, I would have thought that with some of the things painted over it would create allot more heat.
