Given there is space between the rear panel & motherboard tray behind there is also a space between motherboard tray to the side panel you remove to access the motherboard.
Therefore, you have ample space to fit your cooler & possibly even the side panel fan as there is some space in the side panel groove. :)
If I remember correctly most 120mm fans are roughly 25mm thick.
