What about the Mountain Mods Ascension lineup? Completely customizable and can even fit 2 full systems in it no problem (if customized to do so).

And if that's too big for you, they got their U2UFO. again, completely customizable

The HAF X is also a steel case, not aluminum as requested by the OP.
