Price wise my preferences:

apex vortex for $26
precision PS04 $36
or if you can convince a client for a little budget increase a haf912 for sure. The tooless systems that it uses are sooooo easy and it's by far my favorite case to work with. Much easier than the other haf line and other cases I've used.

Another sub $50 case you can look at is the Xigamatek Asgard...comes with a black interior and overall decent design.
