New case, 300 vs 690 II vs other

I'm looking to buy a new case, my Acer case is full and i want to change it.

I've been looking for (all price are with tax and shipping)
Antec three hundred - 70$ or 40$ is I'm able to find a place to pricematch it and with free shipping (almost no chance).
CM 690 II advance - $83.99 shipped at memoryexpress
Other...

In order of priority of what I want
1 - Silence
2 - Dust filter...
3 - Air flow
1 - Place, (size to have good CPU cooler + 5850 equivalent length of video card)
2 - Cable management, the antec 300 and CM 690 II are both good at it.
6 - Size (I don't really want a full tower)
7 - Look (Should probably be number 1, I want something plain not something like the Antec Six Hundred which is horrible, the CM 690 II and 300 are good).
8 - I don't care about light and windows side panel, the computer is under my desk and i don't really want to see inside.

I already have 2 antec tri-cool 120mm fan with 3 speed switch. I'm going to use them at low in my new case.

I want to buy a new computer, but for now I don't have money for everything so I will start with the case since I can use it with my current computer and my future computer too (I want it to last me for a long time if possible).

At first I was looking for the 300 'cause I found it beautiful and not to big, It has everything I want and need. But then for almost the same price, I found the 690 II which also have what I want.
So what I'm asking myself, what case is the best for my order of priority.

If you want to put a little premium you can order free shipping Corsair 600T at memory express. Turning 99$ after all rebate ( including a 25 MIR ) But corsair is no problem with MIR. I just ordered me one:)

How does mail in rebate work, you receive the case and then you can post the MIR (does it cost something). How much time does it take to have the money back. I never was a fan of MIR so I have don't really trust it.

Is the 600t is silent?

I see that you are from Quebec with a é. So I assume you are french ( never us this language here or they will cut you in 2, I know what I am talking about XD )

It's costy in fact but the build quality and other feature are worth it.
For the MIR, once you receive the case you have to print and fill the form, then ship it in the mail with a proof of purchase ( generally the UPC code ). Generally take around 3 to 5 week to receive the check back. So it cost you less than 1$ for the whole thing.

the 600 is a nice case, but bang per buck i dont know :)

Lol dan you tought that OCZ would honor their MIR XD They can;t even make reliable memory. On my sied with corsair I never add a issue, same with MSI.

And yes looking for a case is damn hard XD Probably the hardest part of a computer IMO.
